Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment to prepare beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans accurately, steam and froth milk to the correct texture and temperature, and create latte art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders, provide recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and engage customers in a friendly manner.
  • •Process payments using cash registers or POS systems, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, restock supplies, and collaborate with team members to support smooth operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience; 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • •In-depth understanding of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods, including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
