Drive store sales and KPI performance by building emotional customer connections and following brand values. Serve customers by selling and handling store operations to meet or exceed store and individual targets, increasing add-on sales and brand awareness. Maintain an inviting store environment with visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safe procedures. Support inventory availability, reduce losses, complete required trainings, and perform cashier and omnichannel tasks when applicable (Endless Aisle, Click & Collect, Ship from Store).
