Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand up FluidStack’s first corporate GHG inventory across Scope 1, 2, and 3, including behind-the-meter generation, construction, and a multi-gigawatt fleet.
  • •Run sustainability disclosures and data requests end to end, including CDP, EU Energy Efficiency Directive data center reporting, CSRD readiness, and hyperscaler RFP/due-diligence questionnaires.
  • •Build a water strategy for a multi-region fleet, including WUE targets and site-level stewardship plans that support permitting and community engagement.
  • •Create an auditable environmental system of record from meters, fuel logs, and invoices so carbon and water numbers come from data, not ad hoc spreadsheets.
  • •Extend sustainability programming across global manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics, including supplier emissions data, freight footprint, and environmental standards.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have built a Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventory from scratch and defended it line by line with an auditor, customer, or regulator.
  • •Run disclosure cycles (CDP, GRI, CSRD, or customer-specific questionnaires) end to end on deadline without a large team.
  • •Turn meter reads, fuel logs, and utility invoices into auditable numbers a CFO or hyperscaler would sign.
  • •Work in heavy infrastructure (data centers, energy, industrial) and engage with engineers on PUE, WUE, and market-based vs location-based accounting.
  • •Quarterback across teams so owned sustainability commitments show up in contracts, specs, and permits, not just decks.
