Job Summary

Build and maintain automated workflows for releasing, testing, and deploying products, improving staging and production environments for SaaS distributions. Develop monitoring and analysis tools to optimize builds and deployments, manage distributed systems, and orchestrate infrastructure resources. Own deployment automation across AWS, GCP, Azure, and container platforms (Docker and Kubernetes), including alerting, network service reliability, and Kubernetes troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to workflows that automate releasing, testing, and deploying products.
•Improve staging and production environments for SaaS distributions.
•Research, build, and analyze monitoring tools to optimize code builds and deployments.
•Manage distributed systems and application resources, including production operations in a 24/7/365 environment.
•Build deployment workflows across AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes; debug Kubernetes clusters and related networking issues.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
•Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and building/administering monitoring and alerting systems for API services.
•Strong Linux/Unix knowledge and solid networking skills including DNS, TLS/SSL, and HTTP.
•Experience designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and networking issues.
