Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines with automated merge request checks enforcing quality, security, and architectural standards.
  • •Evaluate and choose between deterministic automation and LLM/agentic workflows based on efficiency, cost, and reliability.
  • •Integrate AI coding assistants and generative AI tooling into the team’s development lifecycle to streamline workflows.
  • •Extend existing infrastructure with hands-on full-stack development, ensuring AI/automation solutions integrate with robust backend logic and UI.
  • •Mentor team members on prompt engineering and AI-augmented development practices, and lead continuous improvement “chapter” initiatives within SAFe.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software development with strong front-end (Vue.js, TypeScript) and back-end (.NET/C#) experience.
  • •Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and agentic workflows, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
  • •Deep expertise in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker), plus experience with IaC such as CloudFormation.
  • •Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and maintaining microservices and monolithic architectures within AWS (or other major cloud providers).
  • •Experience building SPA and micro-frontend solutions, with strong testing/reliability practices for unit, component, and functional testing.
