Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team and ensure successful operation across all processes, directly managing leaders and indirectly managing representatives.
•Analyze performance indicators and operational reports to monitor activities and identify improvement opportunities.
•Develop and communicate analyses, proposing solutions to enhance key metrics and ensure operational excellence.
•Identify and implement process improvements, making strategic decisions to elevate seller and buyer experiences on the platform.
•Develop and engage a highly efficient team, promoting top safety standards and a positive work environment.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Production, Transport, Logistics Engineering or related fields
•Proficiency with MS Office, WMS/LMS systems and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (IA)
•Proven experience managing people and operational teams with focus on safety, quality and productivity
•Experience managing direct and indirect teams and disseminating cultural principles across all levels
•Willingness to work onsite in Itupeva, SP
