Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement quality, range, and freshness standards to support an exceptional customer experience and achieve set sales targets.
  • •Oversee and implement the store pricing commercial policy and manage the products assortment in the section.
  • •Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers and provide input on the price image and freshness image.
  • •Monitor NPS for the section and drive improvements, while ensuring lowest waste and shrinkage with accurate waste reporting.
  • •Control orders, follow up on deliveries, and identify slow-moving items and stock depreciation to help push sales before expiry.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
  • •3+ years in a retail operations role.
