Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual and sales floor standards; manage operational directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team.
  • •Support safe operations through strong stockroom standards, resolve client needs quickly, and use metrics to support business strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
