Job Summary

Join the UK Environmental Management and Assessment team to deliver environmental inputs across major engineering projects from feasibility through planning, including detailed design and construction. Prepare and review technical environmental reports, author chapters for EIA/SEA/CEMP-style projects, and conduct desk-based assessments. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, support proposals and project delivery, and help monitor deliverables against scope, budget, and programme while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver environmental inputs into projects.
•Prepare and review written input for technical environmental reports.
•Undertake desk-based environmental assessments.
•Author chapters/reports for large-scale environmental projects including EIA, SEA, and CEMP.
•Monitor deliverables/projects against scope, budget, and programme, and support junior colleagues’ career development.

Key Requirements

•Have an appropriate academic qualification in an environmental or related discipline (Bachelor's degree or preferably a Master's degree).
•Have about 4 to 6 years’ experience in environmental consultancy, ideally with Environmental Impact Assessment experience.
•Have strong communication skills with fluent written and verbal English and report writing experience (e.g., EIA chapter writing).
•Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex technical data and prepare clear reports.
•Be a good team worker with excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
