Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier costs, contracts, relationships, and roadmaps across assigned suppliers and programs.
  • •Lead sourcing and selection, including establishing selection criteria, running RFQs, and partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality for final supplier selection.
  • •Represent Supply Chain in the NPI process and ensure suppliers support on-time delivery, specified quality/yield, and ramp quantities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Negotiate agreements covering pricing, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms; develop contingency plans to de-risk technical and supply risks.
  • •Own ramp plans and ongoing production plan/forecast, tooling qualification and life; conduct strategic business reviews and provide cross-department updates on cost, schedule, design, and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • •7+ years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or a sourcing environment.
  • •7+ years direct experience in supplier and/or supply chain management.
  • •Supply chain experience managing cross-functional teams in a consumer electronics product company.
  • •Strong analytical skills (e.g., cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection) and familiarity with world-class sourcing methods/tools.
