Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to interpreting sessions promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner.
  • •Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
  • •Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation and polite expressions.
  • •Maintain a professional demeanor throughout interpreting sessions at all times.
  • •Remain calm during interpreting sessions in emergencies and high-stress calls, ensuring service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Balochi and English; ability to adapt to language-related technologies and client demands.
  • •Ability to provide cultural competency and assess regional/accent differences to communicate with LEP clients.
  • •Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain high accuracy during interpretation.
  • •Ability to stay neutral and objective on calls involving sensitive subjects (e.g., end of life, pregnancies, vaccinations, gender expression).
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship required for employment
