Job Summary

Lead and develop a branch team to drive excellence across day-to-day branch operations. Own inventory management, customer value, and overall financial performance while collaborating with area leadership to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Translate operating and financial data into actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to support growth. Reinforce a daily safety culture and partner with Field Support to implement emerging technologies and improved ways of working.

•Create an incident-free environment by emphasizing safety daily and promoting a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training, and policy execution.
•Analyze operating and financial data to identify business trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance.
•Set and monitor goals and KPIs, implement strategies to achieve area goals, and partner with Field Support to support adoption of emerging technologies.

•High school or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
