Lead master data initiatives for the North America Digital Partner Excellence team, ensuring partners can generate purchase orders and launch product content online with accurate, premium-quality information. Drive process and automation improvements (including AI enablement and data mapping), define KPIs for online data quality, validate launches and partner requirements, and manage new item setup and enrichment processes across digital wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead initiatives across the primary data team to enhance tools, services, and processes in collaboration with global and local teams.
•Identify opportunities to automate processes using RPAs, AI enablement, and improved data mapping to increase accuracy and speed.
•Set KPIs to track online data quality and health reports, and drive concrete improvement action plans across multiple accounts.
•Manage product data in the vendors platform, including audits to ensure partners’ websites reflect expected data and oversee new item setup and enrichment processes.
•Align product data and content integration across the NAM Digital ecosystem, including localization needs and monitoring campaign processes by aligning launch dates and product content.

Key Requirements

•University degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, or a similar discipline.
•Minimum 4-6 years of professional work experience.
•Basic knowledge of merchandising and ecommerce.
•Ideally 1-3 years of experience in online merchandising.
•Proficiency with tools such as Visual Basic, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and automation/AI-enabled process improvement.
