Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter client data into broker management systems and web-based applications while maintaining attention to detail and quality controls.
  • •Produce documents including endorsements, invoices, and letters for Consumer Products Group customers.
  • •Respond quickly and accurately to processing questions and requests, and follow up with brokers for additional information.
  • •Review and correct accounting discrepancies, and process new business, policy change requests, and cancellations in insurer portals.
  • •Develop knowledge of system workflows and stay informed of program changes while supporting data management, projects, and team collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 41,900 - 48,000

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1-2 years (or more) of data processing experience.
  • •Knowledge of insurer portals (asset).
  • •Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Property/Casualty underwriting (asset).
  • •CIP designation (or working towards it) and/or broker license (asset).
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Bilingual English/French is an asset.
