Key Responsibilities

•Build, lead, and develop the production team through hiring, training, retention, counseling, and coaching while rotating workstations.
•Review daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
•Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production startup.
•Oversee machinery and workstation performance, including readiness for USDA inspection.
•Promote daily safety and lead monthly safety meetings while coordinating with other supervisors to solve operational problems.
