  • •Act as senior technical authority on major projects, providing expert review, guidance, and oversight for electrical design, installation strategies, and system integration.
  • •Oversee multiple electrical projects concurrently, balancing technical rigor, programme delivery, and client expectations.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems, providing technical insight on lighting, power distribution, fire and life safety, and low-voltage systems.
  • •Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence and professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering delivered within a Building Services consultancy, senior contracting role, or government department.
  • •Proven ability to deliver technically complex projects across multiple sectors.
  • •Ability to lead multiple technical projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and innovation in advanced electrical design.
  • •Deep knowledge of Australian Standards, building codes, and electrical systems, with capability to provide technical leadership.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing engineers.
