Job Summary

Support SpaceX’s Hospitality team by setting up, cleaning, and maintaining food service workstations and dining areas. Prepare and serve meals, fulfill orders, assist with catering and event requests, and maintain accurate opening/closing checklists and daily records. Key Responsibilities

•Set up, maintain, and clean workstations, dining spaces, storage areas, and surrounding work areas to ensure safety and organization.
•Perform cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment and areas, including beverage stations, coolers, and hot holding units.
•Complete daily record keeping, tasks, and opening/closing checklists while meeting time and quality standards.
•Engage customers, fulfill orders, demonstrate strong customer service and communication (including menu changes), and assist with catering/event requests.
•Support food safety by rotating products, storing and delivering items properly, tracking inventory, stocking routes, and participating in training for other Hospitality roles.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•1+ years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support roles.
•Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, including allergen identification and dietary restrictions.
•Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
•Basic computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office.
