Key Responsibilities

  • •Process new client financial requests, adjustments, and payment inquiry research/resolution in Card Payments Operations.
  • •Escalate production issues for quick resolution and support continuous development of systems owned by the unit.
  • •Serve as a small project lead and work with a Sr. Financial Analyst to ensure coverage of Financial Operations.
  • •Recommend and document improvements, helping implement them with others.
