Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and complete monthly accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, and cash audit checklist, and follow up on abnormalities.
  • •Monitor and liaise with stations to ensure they follow Finance Manual procedures and policies.
  • •Support station queries and assist with accounts receivable suspense account clearance and account entry postings.
  • •Assist with station month-end closing activities and general ledger follow-ups on defaulted or aged debts, including provisions for doubtful debt.
  • •Partner with station business units on variance analysis, review quarterly budgetary control statement submissions, support annual operating budget exercises, and assist with billing/SAP access requests and UAT for system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Accountancy or similar.
  • •Meticulous, self-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • •Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and IT-savvy.
  • •Fresh diploma holders and candidates with work experience are welcome.
