Key Responsibilities

  • •Support feasibility studies, write procurement reports, and produce cost estimates and the final cost plan.
  • •Develop cost procedures and lead tendering activities, including pre-qualification, tender list creation, tender analysis, and contractual document compilation.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances and change control, escalating major changes to the line manager, and review/approve subcontractor proposals, contracts, and change requests.
  • •Analyze project budgets, monitor expenditure and costs, review payment applications and invoicing, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports for the client.
  • •Contribute to value engineering, negotiate and agree final accounts, interface with clients and consultants, and lead the cost management team where appropriate.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of professional experience in construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledge.
  • •Fluent English and Spanish.
  • •Prefer RICS and AACE CCP/CCT.
