Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed services by monitoring client infrastructure and solutions and detecting errors as they occur.
•Identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems using approved procedures for request fulfillment.
•Handle first-line incidents through telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support; execute maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes.
•Maintain service continuity with smooth shift handovers, efficient resolution, and escalation when necessary.
•Identify optimization opportunities, contribute to knowledge updates, and occasionally support project work and disaster recovery functions/tests.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of networking/security technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, Meraki switches, and routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
•Strong discipline for handling tickets day to day, following defined SOPs and procedures.
•Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes for incident and request handling.
•Strong planning skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
