Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the Join & Start Experience Design team to influence user experience strategy and execution for web acquisition and onboarding journeys.
  • •Use web traffic, analytics dashboards, and competitor research to form a POV and identify opportunities for future A/B tests.
  • •Support the design process from requirements gathering and user research through user flow mapping, prototyping, and UI design.
  • •Design experiences that simplify complex tasks and workflows for all customers.
  • •Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, user flows, and journey maps; collect and integrate feedback to test and improve experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4–5 years of UX/Product Design experience, ideally with responsive web design and public-site experience.
  • •Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency or idea generation.
  • •Strong experience with information architecture, page hierarchies, user flows, UX research, wireframing, design systems, and user-centered design.
  • •Expert knowledge of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • •Expert working knowledge of Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating your involvement across the design cycle and design impact.
