Job Summary

Support, enhance, and modernize the PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) environment, combining functional expertise with hands-on technical development. Own production support, batch processing, incident troubleshooting, and month-end/year-end close activities. Design and build FSCM solutions and customizations using PeopleCode and People integration tools, lead upgrades and release testing, and deliver reporting, queries, and AI-driven automation improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and maintain the PeopleSoft FSCM environment to ensure reliability and performance.
•Manage daily batch processing and support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
•Troubleshoot production issues, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
•Design, develop, configure, and support PeopleSoft FSCM solutions, customizations, and module enhancements.
•Lead upgrades and release management, including testing (UAT) and production deployments, and manage integrations and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Deep PeopleSoft FSCM experience and strong development skills.
•Ability to partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
•Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting PeopleSoft FSCM production issues and integrations.
•Experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM solutions and customizations.
