Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complete paint applications, including color matching and mixing, to achieve a quality finish.
  • •Execute minor repairs such as sanding and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces.
  • •Maintain paint preparation standards to ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality guidelines.
  • •Follow standardized work processes and comply with CarMax Paint Standards.
  • •Maintain equipment/tool readiness, ensure workplace safety, and follow CarMax EH&S requirements.
