Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation facilities.
  • •Develop design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep/shallow foundations.
  • •Coordinate structural design deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to meet project objectives and client standards.
  • •Oversee construction documents, specifications, and calculations to ensure quality, code compliance, and technical excellence.
  • •Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers, and engage with clients/contractors/review authorities on design clarifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant structural building design and analysis experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • •Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • •Hands-on experience with structural analysis tools including BIM ACC (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, and Safe.
  • •Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems.
