Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business process deliverable program plans aligned to customer, business deliverable, and enterprise strategy.
  • •Guide process re-engineering and technology implementation to enable process redesign, innovation, and improved outcomes.
  • •Lead management of process performance using control limits, KPIs, monitoring, and stakeholder communication on deficiencies and risks.
  • •Identify, own, execute, enhance, and align controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • •Lead solution development including business cases/benefits substantiation, drive requirements, and support change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years business process execution/knowledge/experience, consulting, and/or process engineering/optimization.
  • •Experience applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with process mapping/modeling and creating and validating process documentation.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Lean, business process management, or similar methodology.
