Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Procurement teams to design, develop, and support IT solutions and roadmap/project/portfolio planning for IT delivery.
  • •Analyze existing SAP MM-IM and Ariba technology issues and propose short-, mid-, and long-term solutions.
  • •Document business requirements, process flows, functional specs, and solution designs; run Blueprint/Design workshops and peer-review documentation.
  • •Configure relevant SAP modules, write functional/configuration documents, and support project tasks including unit/performance testing.
  • •Evaluate AI/GenAI and automation opportunities in procurement processes and support adoption by defining use cases, documenting requirements, assessing feasibility, and measuring benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of business analysis experience with advantage of SAP MM/Ariba-CIG/S4Hana implementation experience.
  • •4 years of hands-on techno-functional/SAP supply chain subject matter expertise across Materials/Ariba, S4, CIG Integrations, Ariba CIM, and supply chain planning.
  • •Strong SAP knowledge in SAP MM-IM, Ariba modules, and ERP full life-cycle implementations, including integration with non-SAP external systems.
  • •At least one end-to-end implementation/configuration experience on SAP ERP with a focus on Materials Management modules.
  • •Formal SAP certification in a related application area is a plus; AI/GenAI use case understanding in procurement and supply chain is required.
