Lead end-to-end cost management commissions on medium to large, complex construction projects, acting as the day-to-day client interface to deliver agreed time, cost, and quality outcomes. Create feasibility studies, cost plans, procurement strategies, and tender documentation, manage tendering through contract award, and provide post-contract cost control including valuations and change management. Mentor cost management team members and support business development through client engagement and bid support.
