Support the Fulfilment by TikTok (FBT) team within Fulfilment Operations across Europe by helping manage day-to-day logistics requests, maintaining accurate warehouse data, and analyzing operational performance through daily/weekly reporting. Assist with project coordination and system testing (documentation, issue tracking, results analysis) and coordinate with product/tech teams to resolve issues. Help launch and rollout new tools and processes, including GTM/FAQ coordination.
