Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project plan rollout for implementing group social reporting.
  • •Prepare training materials and update documentation for local contributors (glossary, user guides, calendars, etc.).
  • •Assist with configuration and testing of the data collection platform and provide user support via a ticket system.
  • •Monitor data quality and consistency by performing regular extractions, validating data accuracy, and producing final indicator calculations.
  • •Support CSRD initiatives for social reporting (reviewing definitions/KPIs, updating documentation, managing communication and IT tools, and supporting change during transition).

Key Requirements

  • •You are pursuing higher education in HR or SIRH and looking for a capstone/end-of-studies internship.
  • •You can complete a 6-month internship and have an agreement (convention) provided by your school/university.
  • •You are autonomous, curious, constructive, pragmatic, with excellent written and oral communication and a strong customer-service mindset.
