Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), owning end-to-end manufacturing and quality solution design, delivery governance, and adoption of best practices. Drive PP/QM workstream leadership across Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release, configure SAP PP and SAP QM, run Fit-to-Standard workshops, coordinate cross-module integrations, and oversee testing, cutover, and go-live stability. Mentor PP/QM consultants and ensure SAP Activate methodology compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP S/4HANA PP and QM workstreams in transformation programs, owning delivery of Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes.
•Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP and SAP QM, ensuring adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications.
•Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, harmonize business processes, and manage RICEFW impacts for PP/QM in S/4HANA.
•Coordinate cross-module integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO, collaborating with technical teams on enhancements and interfaces.
•Own testing (unit, SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and go-live/hypercare support for PP/QM stability; mentor consultants and ensure SAP Activate governance.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of SAP experience with hands-on SAP PP (discrete and/or process manufacturing) and SAP QM expertise.
•At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a lead role.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes, including MRP and production execution simplifications.
•Experience leading PP/QM delivery in large SAP programs and managing stakeholders in transformation environments.
•Must reside in the US.
