Universal Banker - South Peninsula

Provide timely, efficient service for client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned monies. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding customer needs, educating clients on digital self-service (ATMs, online and mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Work cross-trained to assist with sales and service activities, support account opening and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
