Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the e-invoicing product vision and roadmap, translating evolving regulatory requirements into a coherent multi-year strategy.
  • •Drive expansion across mandated global markets in Europe and into Latin America, sequencing coverage against enforcement timelines.
  • •Lead build, buy, and partner decisions to meet compliance deadlines while preserving long-term product quality.
  • •Define and own the end-to-end user journey from onboarding (including business identity verification) to live invoice transmission via certified networks like Peppol.
  • •Partner with Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Connect teams to embed e-invoicing as native infrastructure and establish quality, reliability, and activation metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B fintech, payments, tax, or compliance-adjacent product domain.
  • •Deep familiarity with e-invoicing, including CTC frameworks and structured invoice formats (Factur-X, XRechnung, PEPPOL BIS).
  • •Strong technical fluency to partner with engineers on API design, data schemas, and network integration architecture.
  • •Ability to run build/buy/partner analysis and turn results into concrete roadmap decisions.
  • •Experience launching products across multiple markets with localization and regulatory compliance considerations.
