Key Responsibilities

  • •Leadership of the Encaissement team (4 to 6 people); set objectives, evaluate performance and plan training; recruit and integrate new entrants.
  • •Transversal management to strengthen cross‑team liaison and ensure MPOS usage by sales teams; participate in debriefs with store management.
  • •Ensure operational excellence of encaissement and internal controls; oversee cash closings and bank deposits; monitor TPE Adyen and remitted sales.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; manage Washington conventions, price boards, and mandatory store documents; train staff on internal controls.
  • •Lead transformation projects for encaissement systems and processes; deploy new solutions (remote payments, mobile encashment); define scoping, testing, pilots and deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience 3 to 5 years minimum in operational management in a retail environment, with a significant encaissement component.
  • •Hybrid profile: mix of on‑the‑floor team management and strong appetite for project management and continuous improvement.
  • •Expertise Encaissement & Gestion; Mastery of tools; Advanced data analysis and Excel.
  • •Diploma from higher education; senior level experience in retail operations and cash handling.
  • •Leadership, pedagogy, and ability to drive change with rigour and service orientation.
