Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and review all France tax compliance, including calculation of taxes, preparation of filings, and processing tax payments for corporate income tax and related taxes.
  • •Oversee transfer pricing policy and local transfer pricing files for all French companies.
  • •Lead ongoing France tax audits by coordinating information across departments, reviewing information, and responding to tax administration requests.
  • •Draft internal notes/memos in English to explain French tax issues and prepare litigation and correspondence materials for tax disputes.
  • •Prepare tax reporting memos and quarterly tax reporting packages, provide VAT advice, identify tax exposures, and support tax planning ideas/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Tax (or equivalent).
  • •Qualified as a Tax Lawyer is an advantage.

  • •Professional-level fluency in French (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
  • •Strong project management and proactive, independent ownership; ability to coordinate across departments.
