Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform repairs and installations (including remote repairs) and Field Change Orders, including cross-system fault analysis and solution finding.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, active escalation management, collaboration with internal/external partners, and guidance of colleagues.
  • •Conduct technical instructions for installations, coordinate small projects (e.g., moves, upgrades), and resolve IT/network issues independently.
  • •Support sales and project management on technical topics, pass on relevant information, and provide customer support within maintenance.
  • •Document all activities according to Philips quality criteria, report safety-relevant defects, and comply with relevant processes; act as medical device consultant under §31 MPG and communicate with authorities.
