  • •Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
  • •Mentor and guide engineers’ professional and technical development while improving engineering practices.
  • •Partner with product managers on application capabilities and testing scenarios, delivering full-stack solutions in Agile teams.
  • •Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability; deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and data architecture.
  • •7+ years leading and contributing across the full lifecycle of system development (conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support).
