Job Summary

Lead one or more strategic customer accounts for a specific industry, owning full P&L responsibility and acting as the central point of contact for the customer. Drive business development in the existing customer base by identifying new growth opportunities, positioning Atos solutions with a focus on AI, Cyber Security, and Data, and building lasting C-level relationships. Lead account teams and foster collaboration between sales, delivery, and management from commercial development through project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s goals and challenges; lead account teams and drive collaboration between sales, delivery, and management.
•Build and strategically develop durable relationships with C-level stakeholders focused on growth and business expansion.
•Own the end-to-end account lifecycle from sales development through service delivery to project execution.
•Develop and implement account plans and growth strategies, including identification and development of new business opportunities with existing customers.
•Translate customer needs into innovative solutions and new offerings, positioning Atos offerings as strategic growth drivers and managing P&L (revenue forecasts, margin control, cash flow, and customer satisfaction).
