Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs and processes.
  • •Lead the end-to-end annual performance management process, including cycle management, communications, stakeholder readiness, and ongoing enhancements.
  • •Oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise leadership development programs.
  • •Oversee enterprise coaching engagements, coordinating intake, needs assessment, external coach/vendor relationships, participant alignment, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • •Design and improve the organization’s talent development infrastructure and ecosystem, including tools/technologies, external partnerships, and skill-development solutions.
