Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach Product Managers across MonetizeMore, guiding them to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking; drive an outcome-driven culture.
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its features into the MonetizeMore ecosystem and driving ROI.
•Lead continuous product discovery to uncover publishers’ pain points and validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Own monetization strategy end-to-end, prioritizing the roadmap based on ROI and focusing on customer lifetime value (LTV) and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped, adopted, and commercialized, and design the organization for long-term success.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring PMs; experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus
