Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in commercial activity from lead generation through bid estimations and budget elaboration to identify new business opportunities.
  • •Coach, mentor, and evaluate project team members; ensure correct assignment of human and material resources to projects and contracts.
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle including scope, goals, execution, deliverables, subcontractors, logistics, and permits/approvals; coordinate testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover packs.
  • •Manage procurement and technical submittal approvals; chair client progress meetings and change management.
  • •Ensure project budgets, cash flow, margins, invoicing and collections, safety standards, and quality compliance to international standards; maintain site diaries and update standards/estimates with lessons learned.
