Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish short- and long-term division strategy, translate it into business plans with objectives and performance indicators, and report progress to support PIH’s strategic goals.
  • •Build and lead a motivated division team by setting priorities, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • •Identify and implement depot performance metrics (KPI) for healthcare demands, and lead daily forecasting for inbound volume, storage, and SKU utilization.
  • •Lead sourcing strategy to drive savings through RFPs, volume consolidation, and revised commercial agreements; negotiate supplier performance measures and longer-term strategic contracts.
  • •Manage integrated ERP system operations (including data integrity and analysis), reduce inventory via MRP rescheduling tools, and implement quality control/stability monitoring for product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Strong knowledge of the healthcare clinical industry and end-to-end supply chain.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required; experience with warehouse management and data integrity/analysis.
  • •Strong negotiation skills with contractual and commercial competence; ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills and value engineering/performance improvement experience, including program/project delivery approaches.
