Key Responsibilities

•Maintain all sections of furnace melting systems.
•Perform teardown, rebuild and maintenance of crucible and heating coils.
•Tear down and evaluate for necessary repairs or replacement of parts.
•Use arc welder or gas torch to repair/braze coils and weld components.
•Repair or replace cracked or damaged refractory and reassemble coil assemblies.
•Assist in rolling, assembly and adjustments on coil units to complete setups.
