Analyze and manage global payroll financial data to ensure accurate General Ledger postings, compliance, and efficient payroll processing. Partner with payroll, finance, controllership, and data analytics teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Own payroll wage code mapping, communicate payroll/regulation changes, and drive automation and process improvements to strengthen the financial integrity of payroll operations.
