Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing standardized and complex transactions and maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process by participating in client outreach via outbound calls, checking for offers, and fulfilling needs or referring to branch teams.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
