Claim Counsel - D&O/Professional Liability

Manage and resolve high-severity, complex D&O and professional liability claims with a focus on coverage analysis and policy interpretation. Draft coverage position letters and evaluate policy language for carriers. Lead complex claims investigations, develop resolution strategies, and support negotiations and settlements, including mediation when required. Ensure compliance with Department of Insurance regulations, maintain thorough documentation, and serve as a trusted subject matter expert to internal teams, carriers, counsel, and policyholders.
