Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify equipment and process deviations and perform corrective actions.
  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate process equipment including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, gas analyzers, control systems, instrument electrical systems, and process control valves.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fabricators to implement fluid and mechanical designs in the field.
  • •Create and maintain operating procedures and coordinate across disciplines to ensure required resources are available for builds.
  • •Use schematics and parts lists to create and maintain a hardware inventory system, including procurement of critical spares, and run standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering technology and 4+ years of experience with automated processes, OR high school diploma/equivalency and 6+ years in one of the listed utility/process areas.
  • •Experience in control room operations, plant operations, mechanic/millwright support, or instrumentation/electrical operations.
  • •Basic understanding of process parameters and engineering units for temperature, pressure, flow, and power.
  • •Ability to read and understand P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams.
  • •Familiarity with industrial maintenance safety practices such as lock out tag out and job hazard analysis, including hot work permitting.
