Key Responsibilities

•Accurately perform teller functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing negotiable instruments.
•Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and follow teller procedures and compliance requirements.
•Provide courteous client service by resolving requests and inquiries while maintaining privacy of customer information.
•Operate the online teller terminal and sell traveler’s checks, official checks, and money orders, including processing credit card cash advances.
•Cross-sell the bank’s products and services and complete required reports and records; assist with training/orientation and other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent education.
•At least one year of related experience with cash handling (previous Teller experience preferred).
•Understanding of bank operations is preferred.
•Good communication skills with professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
•Good math and typing skills, plus ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
