Job Summary

Own parts of the cluster strategy and drive execution to achieve financial and scorecard targets, working with the Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations. Lead a data-led approach connecting Multi-year Strategic Outlook to Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Business Reviews, integrating VAS/CMS and GTM plans. Partner across corporate strategy, commercial/business development, sales excellence, and country teams to shape client engagement, governance, performance insights, and cross-functional initiatives that grow revenue and diversification.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute cluster strategy components and help set cluster targets to meet or exceed financial and scorecard goals.
•Drive integration of planning cycles linking MSO to AOP to QBR, including VAS, Commercial Money Movement strategy, and GTM plans.
•Support sales/commercial operations by managing pipeline approach and using insights/analytics to ensure targets are met and data quality is high.
•Implement cluster governance (leadership meetings, offsites, pipeline reviews) and create QBR/MBR content to enable high-quality decision making.
•Contribute to client engagement and thought leadership through RFP support, client councils content, executive visit content, audits, and risk register readiness.

Key Requirements

•Execute cluster-level strategy to drive sustained revenue growth, client retention, regulatory engagement, and Visa industry leadership.
•Have experience in strategic planning, market development, or commercial roles within the payments industry, financial services, banking, or retail sectors.
•Design and implement strategic frameworks and plans to deliver business targets, including cross-functional delivery of initiatives.
•Bring deep commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills and fact-based decision-making.
•Be educated to degree level or hold equivalent professional experience, with proven stakeholder communication and people leadership skills.
