Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to projects.
  • •Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs and availability.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls and HVAC technicians.
  • •Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year related experience and/or training, or 3 years related experience and/or training with a high school diploma/GED.
  • •Excellent customer service skills and comfort speaking effectively on the phone.
  • •Strong organization with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions.
  • •Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
